Inaugural Maestra Masterclass with Sofi Von Trapp

Thank you for joining us LIVE on Instagram to announce the first ever Maestra Masterclass guest leader! We are elated to have Sofi Von Trapp share her wisdom and insight with members and non-members alike. This in-person masterclass will be happening at the end of January at the beautiful Aerie Retreat in Klamath Falls, OR, hosted by Aerie co-owner and Virtuosa Society member Natalie Vartanian.

If you're wondering why Sofi's name sounds familiar, perhaps you have heard of Georg and Maria Von Trapp whose story inspired The Sound of Music. Sofi is the granddaughter of Werner Von Trapp, the youngest son of the original Trapp Family Singers, who was portrayed as Kurt in the famous musical. She holds her heritage in high regard, having toured as a singing group with her own siblings growing up.

During her 15 years as a professional musician, Sofi studied Music Business at Berklee College of Music and became a band manager. She later began a 6-year career in qualitative market research as a consultant for corporations in various industries while earning a degree in Psychology at Oregon State University. She is now combining her experience in research, performance, business, and psychology to support mental health and career sustainability as a researcher and life coach for individuals in the performing arts.

Sofi will bring stories, advice, and tools to help silence the noise and find your creative voice in this inaugural Maestra Masterclass.

Our hostess at the Aerie Retreat is also filled and fulfilled with creative experience herself. Natalie Vartanian, PCC, CPCC is a bonafide multi-passionate. She is a certified life coach, sex, love & relationship expert, workshop facilitator, writer, speaker, tarot reader and strategic visionary! She is COO of The Aerie Retreat Center in Klamath Falls, OR, alongside her husband Glen Nielsen, as well as the Director of Strategy for the COR Community Foundation, whose mission is making personal development and healing work accessible to women of all ages, races and financial statuses.

Natalie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and received her coach training and certification through the Co-Active Coaches Training Institute. Her mission is to revolutionize intimacy and inspire people to take the risks toward their most fun, free, passionate and adventure-filled lives, in and out of the bedroom. She knows it’s possible to have epic love and epic sex, and reminds her clients never to settle! Her latest adventure is enjoying the heck out of her marriage with her dream man, and having lots of growth, laughter, pleasure, spaciousness and ease along the way! She works with individuals and coaches couples with her husband. She has created two podcasts (Sex the Podcast and Taboo & Turn-On) and is currently working on her first book (Taboo to Turn On: A Self-Help Erotic Memoir) slated to be released Spring/Summer 2024.
